Functions

  • Providing Human Capital Management at Sub-national level (Recruitment, Deployment, Regrading, Transfers, Terminations, and Registration of job seekers).
  • Monitoring PSC programmes and projects at Sub-national level (GEMS, Rebates, and Transport services).
  • Pay and Benefits Management at Sub-national level (Pension and Payroll services).
  • Conducting Provincial Exhibitions.
  • Attending and participating in PDC/Devolution and Decentralization meetings and producing reports.
  • Monitoring of Performance Appraisal System at Sub-national level.
  • Monitoring of non-monetary benefits at Sub-national level (Funeral Assistance and Transport services).
  • Representing the Commission at Sub-national level.
