We provide a variety of functions which are listed below
- Provides legal advice to the Public Service Commission.
- Oversees the drafting and reviewing of Public Service Commission legal letters and agreements to ensure compliance with the laws of the land.
- Ensures that the Commission complies with all relevant legislation, policies and decisions in the day-to-day operation of the Commission
- Provides secretarial services to the Commission during Commission meetings and interviews for promotional posts.
- Develops and maintains a corporate governance framework for the Commission and Commission Secretariat.
- Administers the day-to-day running of the Commissioners’ Offices.
