  • Enhances and manages the Commission’s brand visibility and reputation.
  • Promotes and ensures organisational transparency through fostering dialogue with all stakeholders
  • Manages client feedback loops and related mechanisms and in the process building public trust for the Public Service Commission
  • Engages stakeholders through public relations, outreaches and advocacy.
  • Undertakes the Protocol and Diplomatic duties of the Commission
