Behavioural Alignment

Functions:

  • Capacitate Disciplinary Authorities and members of the Civil Service on Disciplinary Procedure, Grievance Handling Procedure, and awareness on Acts of Misconduct.
  • Certification of the Disciplinary Committee members
  • Process requests for Reviews for members of the Public Service
  • Monitoring the signing of the Integrity Pledge in Ministries, Departments, and Agencies.
  • Process Misconduct cases for Senior grade members.
  • Monitoring of Disciplinary cases in line Ministries.
  • Prepare Record of Proceedings for appeals made to the Labour Court.
  • Recommend reviews of Regulations, circulars, and procedures on disciplinary issues
  • Maintain members’ records in relation to misconduct on HRMIS SAP
