The ZNBWCB, held a team building training workshop in the month of August, which was aimed at bringing the members of the organisation together in order for them to achieve one goal.
During the training, various issues that are vital to the functioning of any organisation where tackled. Key among them was leadership, which was described as the driving force for growth and an engine of progress. Every employee is a leader and bares the weight of the organisation, this individual is supposed ensure that set target are met+ in whatever way they can.
The leader delegates, which means that they do not work alone but rather they share the workload with multiple individuals and get work done quicker. The leader supports, meaning that without being delegated work the leader will be there to offer assistance to others who might be overwhelmed by tasks.
Some of the common challenges which were known for plaguing organisations that were discussed include complacency, grapevine, gossip among a host of others.
