- To promote and market the activities of combat sport as a leading brand.
Facilitating and Coordinating programs
- To facilitate and coordinate the skills development programmes amongst the licensees within the boxing/MMA/wrestling fraternity.
Developing Standards in Combat Sport
- To ensure the compliance and enforcement of the norms and standards by all the individual licensees and their Associations.
Improving talent identification and skill development
- To develop a talent identification and skills development framework and foster partnerships with relevant stakeholders for its realisation and implementation.
Reward and Recognition
- To reward and recognize outstanding performance through national awards
Administration and Management of combat sport
- To ensure that the administration and management of combat sport in Zimbabwe is based on good governance and run in the best interests of fighters and the general public.
Professionalization combat sport
- To professionalize and commercialize boxing, wrestling and mixed martial arts activities.
